Job Description
Creations Republic is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager, Growth & Partnerships to spearhead our business expansion initiatives. This role is crucial for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strategic alliances, and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, building a robust pipeline of leads and partnerships, and nurturing client relationships from initial contact through to conversion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a structured growth strategy for the organization.
- Identify new market opportunities, sectors, and potential revenue channels.
- Build a strong pipeline of leads, prospects, and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide growth decisions.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships that enhance service offerings and brand positioning.
- Manage negotiations, develop partnership frameworks, and oversee execution of agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, agencies, and corporate stakeholders.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure mutual value creation.
- Execute outreach campaigns, prospecting, and business meetings to attract new clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel until conversion.
- Set quarterly and annual revenue growth targets.
- Track revenue performance and provide forecasts, insights, and improvement recommendations.
- Work with the finance and account teams to monitor pricing, negotiations, and profitability.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, industry forums, and exhibitions.
- Build brand credibility by cultivating high-value relationships and opportunities.
- Support co-branded initiatives, partnership campaigns, and market activations.
- Work closely with Client Strategy, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to align growth initiatives with business capabilities.
- Provide smooth handover of new clients or partners to account and operations teams.
- Collaborate with the Shared Services Manager to ensure seamless onboarding structures for new business.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, proposals, agreements, and conversations.
- Develop templates for pitches, proposals, partnership decks, and growth frameworks.
- Implement a structured workflow for business development processes.
Qualifications
- At least five to eight years of work experience.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Professional certification in business development or sales is an added advantage.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent pitching, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and financial data.
- Ability to generate ideas, think commercially, and identify opportunities quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, prospecting tools, and productivity platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and meet revenue targets.
- Experience in marketing, agency, or tech/startup environments is a plus.
