Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer (Mobilization Officer) to drive deposit mobilization and revenue growth within a financial institution in Lekki.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, developing strategies to grow the customer base, and building strong client relationships. This is a Monday-Friday position focused on achieving monthly targets.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Drive deposit mobilization and achieve monthly targets.
- Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and sustain the customer base
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on performance, pipeline, and revenue generation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or deposit mobilization
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- High level of professionalism and result-oriented mindset
- Candidates must not be sourced from Commercial Banks
- Candidates from Microfinance Banks (MFBs) must have verifiable transaction volumes managed
- 4-6 Years Experience
