TotalEnergies is seeking a dedicated Mass Production Buyer to join their team in Vitoria, Spain.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the site's purchasing activities, ensuring that all goods and services are procured in alignment with the company's overarching purchasing strategies. This involves meticulously selecting and evaluating suppliers, negotiating optimal terms concerning quality, cost, delivery, and payment, and cultivating a robust supplier network tailored to the site's specific requirements.

You will also play a key part in supporting contract negotiations and their successful implementation. Collaborating closely with local stakeholders, you will ensure strict adherence to all purchasing processes, uphold the highest ethical standards, and meet all operational demands.

Your primary responsibilities will include executing purchasing activities for your designated families in accordance with defined targets and the company's procurement policy. You will strive to secure the best quality, price, delivery times, and payment conditions for all purchases.

Furthermore, you may be tasked with coordinating strategic purchasing actions across various sites within the Division and the Group, consolidating needs, and optimizing purchasing processes. Building and maintaining a panel of reference suppliers for your families will also be a crucial aspect of your role.
