Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Lead the sourcing and negotiation process for all goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPS is highly advantageous.
- Significant experience in procurement leadership and strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts and achieving cost savings.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
