Suacasa Nigeria Limited is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to manage and oversee all day-to-day construction activities on project sites.

In this crucial role, you will ensure that construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Your ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings will be key to maintaining high standards of workmanship.

You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers, ensuring seamless workflow and resource availability. Monitoring material usage and implementing measures to prevent wastage will also be part of your duties. In collaboration with the Safety Officer, you will enforce site safety standards rigorously.

Preparing daily and weekly progress reports will keep stakeholders informed, while your ability to identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly will ensure project continuity. Maintaining high-quality workmanship standards throughout all construction phases is paramount.
