Job Description

S.S. Lootah Group is seeking a skilled Cost Control Engineer to join our team in the UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure project profitability.

You will work closely with project managers and finance teams to monitor costs, identify potential risks, and provide regular financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Cost Control Engineer in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices.
Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., Primavera P6, CostX).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
