- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Identify potential hazards and implement control measures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize and deliver HSE training to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering).
- Proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
- Certification such as NEBOSH IGC is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and management.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
