Job Description

Circo is seeking a visionary Product Creative Manager to lead the end-to-end creative identity of our platform, serving the creator economy in Africa and emerging markets. This is a unique zero-to-one opportunity to rebuild our brand from the ground up and deeply integrate creativity into the product experience.

You will be responsible for designing product storytelling, onboarding flows, and explainers in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. This role also encompasses owning our creative direction across social platforms, building scalable content and motion systems, and leading creative efforts for SEO, editorial content, campaigns, and product launches.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can establish creative workflows, standards, and asset libraries, managing external partners as needed. This role offers significant autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the chance to build a category-defining brand in a fully remote-first environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio covering brand systems, product storytelling, motion, and campaigns
  • Experience in fast-moving, zero-to-one or high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of global creator culture and African contexts
