In this pivotal role, you will spearhead data-driven decision-making within our Advertising & Brand Partnerships function. Your primary responsibility will be to transform advertising performance data into clear, actionable insights and compelling reports that bolster both internal strategy and advertiser confidence.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ad servers, app & web analytics, and campaign performance reports.
- Build and maintain robust dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Respond to advertiser and partner data requests with speed and accuracy.
- Track and analyze key metrics including viewability, completion rates, and revenue by format, market, and partner.
- Provide insights that support campaign optimization, revenue growth, and strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, digital advertising analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel / Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in SQL (preferred).
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience working with advertising data (GAM, programmatic, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
