Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketer & Lead Generation Manager to join our real estate firm, focusing on generating serious buyer leads.
This is a performance-driven role where your success will be measured by the quality and quantity of qualified leads generated, primarily through Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns directed to Business WhatsApp.
Your primary responsibility will be to create and optimize ad campaigns targeting potential buyers, both within Nigeria and in the diaspora, ensuring a consistent flow of prospects with genuine purchasing capacity.

- Run Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns targeting Nigerians in diaspora and investors in Nigeria
- Create simple but effective property marketing content
- Generate leads and direct them to WhatsApp
- Continuously improve campaigns to increase lead quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience generating leads (especially for real estate or high-ticket products)
- Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram ads using Facebook Ads Manager
- Ability to show past campaign results (leads, conversions, not just impressions)
