Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Creative Director/CEO of a dynamic fashion brand.

This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, facilitating seamless communication across all departments, and contributing to the brand's overall success.

You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, acting as a primary liaison for stakeholders, and tracking project deadlines.

Additional duties include preparing reports and presentations, overseeing budget monitoring, and assisting the creative team with projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex schedules, meetings, and events; coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of EA experience, preferably supporting senior executives in creative industries.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; a passion for design is a plus.
