Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of a reputable Finance House.

In this critical role, you will manage the MD's schedule, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth operation of their daily activities. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and organization is paramount, as you will be privy to sensitive information and play a key part in facilitating the MD's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule appointments.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.

Qualifications

  • Proven executive support experience.
  • High level of confidentiality and organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Must be male for gender balance.
  • Candidate shall be below 40 years.
