Job Description

HR SOL Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategic planning.

This executive role is critical for ensuring the financial health and sustainable growth of the organization.

You will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial performance.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in financial management, with a proven track record in a senior finance role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (IFRS), and tax laws.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
