Job Description
We are a leading firm in the M&A professional services industry, dedicated to providing high-quality CIM development services to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Analyst Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in market research, company analysis, accounting, and/or investment analysis, with a proven ability to create high-quality presentations. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and presentation expertise to effectively communicate complex financial information.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and risks from a broad global to local level.
- Primarily prepare comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) presentations, teasers, and white-labeled financials (including graphs, statistics, and examples).
- Develop presentations quickly and under time pressure.
- Collaborate with other team members to gather relevant information and insights for presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Accountant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in working with and understanding financial statements (generating graphs from financial statements).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong business writing skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently, use AI assistants, and as part of a team.
- Ability to think critically and logically.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- English at a C1 level or above.
- Ability to work local time with some or majority EST overlap.
