Job Description

We are seeking a smart, professional, and highly organized Front Desk & Admin Executive to join our team in Ikeja G.R.A.

This role is ideal for an individual who combines excellent customer service skills with strong administrative capabilities to ensure seamless day-to-day office operations and a positive brand image.

Key responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative assistance to management and internal teams. You will also maintain office records, monitor supplies, and assist with HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly
  • Manage visitor logs and issue access badges where required
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, mails, etc.)
  • Provide administrative assistance to management and internal teams
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Prepare and distribute official communications (memos, letters, etc.)
  • Support the planning and coordination of meetings, trainings, and events
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely restocking
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role (front desk, admin, or customer service)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
