We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team and drive brand visibility within the animal feed industry. This role is crucial for strengthening customer engagement and effectively communicating the unique value of our feed solutions to farmers.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, managing our digital channels, and coordinating impactful events. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including budget management and performance tracking.
- Identify target audiences, monitor market trends, and assess the competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Support the conception and implementation of event communication and presence; coordinate marketing events, maintain updated marketing materials, and manage project timelines.
- Manage all digital marketing channels—including social media platforms and the company website—to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand communication.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling, high-quality content such as press releases, product brochures, newsletters, video scripts, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and external vendors/agencies to align messaging, deliverables, and sales enablement materials.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand reach and customer engagement.
- Coordinate PR and media relations activities as required to strengthen brand reputation.
- Create short videos or simple graphic designs using tools such as Canva or other basic video-editing/design applications—an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in marketing & communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for work events, field activities, and customer engagements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
