Our client, a leading FMCG and retail distribution company, is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to drive enterprise-wide people strategy and lead HR operations across multiple locations.

This executive role, based in Port Harcourt, is crucial for shaping the organization's human capital and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include leading HR strategy, overseeing divisional HR teams, driving culture and performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will possess 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, and strong experience managing multi-location teams.
