Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and people priorities within designated functional areas.
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive performance.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with business units.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems to foster high performance.
  • Assess and monitor training needs and programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop welfare plans to improve staff working conditions.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Knowledge of HR functional areas and Nigerian Labour Laws.
  • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales team dynamics and HR support needs.
