Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Human Resource Business Partner to align with our sales division in Lagos, driving performance through effective HR initiatives.
In this role, you will analyze business and people priorities, implement HR strategies, and manage recruitment and performance appraisal systems. Your focus will be on enhancing sales team effectiveness and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and people priorities within designated functional areas.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive performance.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with business units.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems to foster high performance.
- Assess and monitor training needs and programs.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop welfare plans to improve staff working conditions.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG.
- Knowledge of HR functional areas and Nigerian Labour Laws.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales team dynamics and HR support needs.
