Job Description

Mindera is seeking a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer with extensive experience in the E-commerce domain. This role involves building modern, scalable web applications that drive significant business impact. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to engineering excellence and continuous learning.

As a Senior React.js Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing web applications. Your expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture will be crucial in delivering customer-centric digital products. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
Develop responsive and mobile-first user interfaces for e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO, and performance.
Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar technologies.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to frontend design decisions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best engineering practices.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure application accessibility, security, and performance standards are met.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 / SCSS.
Proven experience with component-based architecture and reusable design systems.
Expertise in frontend state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Context API.
Strong understanding of Single Page Applications (SPA), Progressive Web Applications (PWA), Responsive Design, Web Performance Optimization, Browser Compatibility, and Accessibility Standards (WCAG).
Experience with testing frameworks including Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright, and a solid understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) and experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
Mandatory experience working on e-commerce platforms, including online retail, product catalog management, search/filtering systems, shopping cart/checkout journeys, payment gateway integrations, customer account management, order management systems, loyalty/promotions platforms, inventory visibility solutions, and personalization/recommendation engines.
Highly preferred strong experience with Next.js, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).
Experience with headless commerce platforms and exposure to micro-frontend architecture.
Familiarity with modern styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of frontend monitoring and observability tools.
