Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineer to elevate our public-facing web experiences, focusing on dynamic motion, engaging interactivity, and superior frontend craftsmanship.

In this role, you will transform concepts into polished, production-ready web solutions from inception to completion. You will shape interaction patterns, translate visual direction into expressive interfaces, and deliver experiences that are not only beautiful but also accessible, fast, and reliable.

You will contribute to Paystack’s most visible web properties, collaborating closely with design, product, marketing, content, and engineering teams to create clear, engaging, and memorable experiences for a diverse audience across Africa. This hybrid role requires a strong blend of engineering fundamentals and a sharp eye for design and detail.

Qualifications

Strong frontend engineering fundamentals.
Sharp eye for design, interaction, motion, and detail.
Comfortable working from early concept through implementation.
Experience shaping interaction patterns.
Ability to translate visual direction into expressive web surfaces.
Experience shipping beautiful, accessible, fast, and reliable experiences.
Experience working on public-facing web properties.
