Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to join our client's innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting fast, reliable, and exceptionally polished user interfaces for a cutting-edge platform.

This platform is designed to empower teams in building, deploying, monitoring, and continuously enhancing their voice agents. You will collaborate closely with backend, AI, and product teams, taking full ownership of features from conception to deployment. Key Responsibilities

Build high-quality web applications using React.
Manage server state effectively using React Query.
Utilize React hooks and the Context API for scalable state management solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code that adheres to best practices.
Develop responsive and polished user interfaces with modern CSS techniques.
Optimize frontend performance through strategies such as lazy loading, memoization, and efficient rendering.
Work closely with backend API and product teams to integrate features seamlessly.
Continuously improve developer experience and enhance frontend architecture.

Qualifications

Possess 4–10 years of professional frontend development experience.
Demonstrate strong proficiency and hands-on experience with React.
Exhibit a deep understanding of React Hooks and the Context API.
Have proven experience with React Query for data fetching and state management.
Show strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Maintain a good understanding of CSS and principles of responsive UI design.
Have demonstrated experience in optimizing frontend performance.
Possess the ability to own features end-to-end, from design to deployment.
Experience with Next.js is a plus.
Familiarity with design systems or component libraries is a plus.
Experience with testing frameworks is a plus.
Previous startup experience is considered a valuable asset.
