Job Description

Accellor is at the forefront of AI-native services, dedicated to delivering significant business outcomes in the post-ChatGPT era. We are building a scalable platform that leverages advanced AI, data analytics, and robust engineering capabilities.

This role is crucial for our Product team, focusing on the design, development, and innovation of our core platform. You will collaborate with a high-caliber team of software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and quality engineers to deliver and scale a truly transformational software product.

The position requires a commitment to working remotely from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST to effectively support our US-based clientele. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of enterprise AI and data solutions.

Our technology stack includes React, TypeScript, and AntD for the frontend, alongside Ruby-on-Rails, Node, Postgres, and Redis for the backend. We utilize GitHub, AWS, and Sentry for workflow and deployment, with ongoing experimentation in areas like Puppeteer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and innovate the company's core software product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and quality engineers.
Deliver and scale a transformational software product.
Develop and maintain applications using Ruby-on-Rails, React, and other relevant technologies.
Work with SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Implement frontend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS with a focus on responsive design.
Utilize Git for source control and participate in agile development processes.
Optimize application performance, both client-side and server-side.
Work with large datasets and build scalable frontend architectures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows and deployment processes.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or a similar MVC framework.
5+ years of working with SQL databases, ideally ANSI-Compliant relational databases like Postgres & RDS.
5+ years of experience using JavaScript & TypeScript to write Single-Page-Applications with modern web technologies and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, etc.
5+ years of experience using HTML, CSS, and styling various kinds of applications for the web.
3+ years of experience converting wireframes or mockups into clean and semantic HTML and CSS with a focus on responsive design and performance.
Experience with using Git for source control using GitHub.
Experience with Chart.js, Highcharts, D3 or other popular charting libraries.
A performance mindset encompassing client-side and server-side performance optimization and techniques.
Experience with agile development methodologies and willingness to embrace changing requirements.
Experience working with large datasets and building scalable frontend architectures that take into consideration HTTP requests, SQL queries and memory management.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to driving team success and achieving organizational goals.
Leadership ambitions are a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
