As an AI-Native Full Stack Developer at Ajaia, you will be instrumental in building software for both client engagements and internal product initiatives where technical speed, adaptability, and execution quality are paramount. You will be expected to take vague requirements, clarify the underlying problem, and ship robust solutions across web interfaces, backend services, integrations, and AI-driven workflows.

This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy while collaborating closely with product, delivery, and client-facing teams. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain full stack features for AI-enabled applications, internal platforms, and client delivery systems.
Work across frontend implementation, backend logic, API design, database operations, and cloud deployment.
Support the development of production systems that combine traditional software engineering with AI-powered capabilities.
Use AI tools regularly for coding support, debugging, technical research, test generation, and documentation improvement.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience building and shipping full stack applications in professional environments.
Ability to implement responsive frontend interfaces and reliable backend services with strong attention to performance and quality.
Experience working with APIs, databases, authentication systems, cloud services, and modern deployment workflows.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively without highly detailed requirements.
Comfort managing multiple priorities or workstreams in a fast-moving consultancy or product environment.
Proficiency with GitHub and standard modern developer tooling used for collaboration and delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Active daily use of AI tools for planning, implementation, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output and maintain a high standard for correctness and reliability.
