Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Developer to join a specialized HealthTech and FinTech firm, a client of Huzzle. This full-time, independent contractor role is designed for a technical expert who can deeply leverage the Zoho ecosystem to transform lead management and optimize sales processes.

As a Zoho Developer, you will be instrumental in building a sophisticated, automated conversion engine. Your expertise will ensure that every lead is meticulously managed, opportunities are maximized, and the client's financial management solutions for healthcare providers are seamlessly supported.

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and maintain complex Zoho CRM configurations tailored to the sales lifecycle.
Develop and deploy advanced automations, blueprints, and workflows to streamline warm lead management.
Audit and optimize existing CRM structures to ensure data integrity and peak performance.
Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools and internal systems to create a unified data environment.
Act as the internal subject matter expert for all things Zoho, troubleshooting technical issues and identifying new features to leverage.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or Administrator with deep technical knowledge of the platform.
Demonstrated ability to build custom automations, Deluge scripts, and sophisticated sales funnels.
Expert-level understanding of Zoho’s nuances, including modules, layouts, and advanced reporting.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving lead conversion through technology.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Zoho Certified Professional status (Nice-to-Have).
Experience with the broader Zoho One suite (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics) (Nice-to-Have).
Background in sales operations or lead generation strategy (Nice-to-Have).
