Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer on a 6-month initial contract basis to join Houseful, a leading B2B SaaS platform for the UK property industry. This role requires you to be based in the UK and will focus on building and deploying AI-enabled automations across our core systems.

As an AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in integrating AI to enhance internal productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve customer experience. You will work closely with the Principal Engineer and Head of AI Operations to deliver on an internal AI roadmap, automating administrative workflows and building AI-enabled processes within key platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining automation pipelines, creating API and webhook integrations, and designing RAG pipelines. You will also ensure sound engineering standards, secure data handling, and clear documentation for handover to internal teams.
