Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates through various channels to meticulously coordinating interviews and maintaining essential recruitment records. This role is designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition.
You will contribute to maintaining our recruitment databases, assisting with job descriptions, and ensuring smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen CVs based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and conduct initial phone screenings when required.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and maintain candidate profiles and recruitment trackers.
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Assist with preparing job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring status.
- Support the recruitment team with offer letters and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and assist with other HR tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in Recruitment / HR.
