Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Lekki.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in stewarding or cleaning roles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in cooking techniques, including grilling, baking, frying, and food presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
