Job Description

Trax Apparel is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lounge Manager to oversee our lounge operations in Lekki Phase I. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and ambiance. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of lounge operations, including staffing, service, and ambiance.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Train, supervise, and motivate lounge staff.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for beverages and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the lounge.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lounge or bar setting.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must reside close to Lekki Phase I.
