Job Description
We are looking for two dedicated Waitresses to join our esteemed restaurant in Lekki Phase 1. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience.
As a Waitress, you will be responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages efficiently. Your friendly demeanor and attentiveness will be key to creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering guest satisfaction.

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Clear tables and reset them for new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.
