Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development and Marketing Officer to join our reputable facility management company.
In this hybrid, full-time role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and securing new contracts, promoting our digital platforms and technology solutions, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing compelling business proposals, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to ensuring effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new facility management contracts across residential and commercial sectors
- Promote and drive adoption of the company’s digital platforms and technology solutions
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets

- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development/marketing (facility management or related field)
- Proven track record in selling digital or tech-based solutions (apps, SaaS, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with excellent relationship management ability
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently or in a team
