Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive market entry and early-stage growth for FMCG oral care and personal hygiene products in Lekki, Lagos. This hands-on, field-based role requires strong sales experience and a practical understanding of Nigeria’s trade channels.

Your responsibilities will include driving sales and revenue growth, activating and managing distributors, wholesalers, and off-takers, and leveraging existing trade networks. You will execute field sales and trade activation activities, track basic sales records, and work closely with leadership on go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years’ FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing experience in Nigeria
  • Proven experience with distributors, wholesalers, or off-takers
  • Strong field sales capability and market presence
  • Practical understanding of FMCG distribution in Nigeria
  • Existing distributor/trade network is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
