We are an international professional services startup seeking a highly skilled and versatile T-skilled Creative & Marketing Operations Officer. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong triple-core skill set encompassing graphic design, AI video creation, content writing/copywriting, and marketing operations execution.

You will collaborate directly with the Director in a dynamic, real-time environment. Your responsibilities will include producing creative assets, crafting compelling marketing content, executing campaigns, and supporting essential operational marketing activities. This includes planning, follow-ups, coordination, and training support.

This position demands a balanced strength across creative production, written communication, and operational execution. The work serves a diverse international clientele across the UK, EU, US, Canada, the Middle East, and Africa. The working model emphasizes high-visibility, live collaboration via Zoom/Google Meet, with limited offline work. This role is not suitable for candidates seeking independent or unsupervised work.
