We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service & Showroom Executive to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.
You will be responsible for managing client interactions, achieving sales targets, and contributing to our brand's online presence. This position requires a blend of excellent customer service, digital marketing skills, and a passion for creating engaging client relationships.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer service to walk-in and online clients
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and policies
- Manage client interactions using customer service tools
- Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth
- Create and publish content for social media and company blog
- Manage company social media pages and website
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility and business growth
Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 3–4 years' experience in customer service and digital marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and related tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Knowledge of showroom management and product marketing
- Must be willing to work 3 Saturdays per month
