Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional customer service to walk-in and online clients
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies and policies
  • Manage client interactions using customer service tools

  • Manage company social media pages and website
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 3–4 years' experience in customer service and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and related tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of showroom management and product marketing
  • Must be willing to work 3 Saturdays per month
