Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data & Business Analyst to join our team in Ososa, Ogun State. This hybrid role offers a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of ₦400,000 to ₦500,000 per month, plus performance allowances.
In this capacity, you will be instrumental in developing critical dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operational, commercial, and financial data to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives. You will be tasked with generating actionable insights to enhance business performance and presenting your findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or a related field is required. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL is essential, alongside experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Strong analytical, reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills are paramount. Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational environments will be considered an advantage.
