Job Description

Seeq is seeking an AI Customer Insights Engineer to develop scalable intelligence workflows that enhance the Customer Success organization's ability to act proactively and strategically.

This role is integral to Customer Success, operating at the intersection of product usage analytics, customer health modeling, workflow automation, and applied AI. The primary objective is to transform raw customer data—including usage, engagement, and contract signals—into actionable insights delivered efficiently to the relevant stakeholders.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional, such as an engineering graduate or a former process engineer transitioning into analytics and software development, to make a significant impact.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying customer intelligence workflows, such as account-level Slack summaries, and translating product usage and contract data into operational signals. You will collaborate with Analytics Engineering to build or extend data pipelines and develop Python-based automation to operationalize insights at scale.

Furthermore, you will contribute to improving health and renewal predictability by enhancing Seeq’s customer health scoring framework, developing usage-to-renewal correlation models, and identifying leading indicators of risk and expansion. The role involves leveraging AI and modern tooling, including AI-first coding workflows and lightweight LLM-driven synthesis, to accelerate development and elevate practices within Customer Success.

Cross-functional collaboration is key, working directly with CSMs to understand decision workflows, partnering with Analytics Engineers on data structure, and feeding product insights back into engineering through internal dogfooding.
