BAS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic team in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations of the group.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Oversee audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or MSc is an added advantage.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CFA certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management.
  • Experience in a group or holding company structure is preferred.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis, audit, tax, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
  • High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
