Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Partnership & Offline Lead to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and impact by forging strong relationships with key partners in the healthcare sector.

You will manage referral systems, secure vital partnerships, and ensure our brand is visible across all partner locations.

Your responsibilities will also include planning and executing community engagement initiatives and ensuring consistent deployment of promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit & onboard nurses as brand partners and referral agents.
  • Manage the referral system and maintain ongoing partnerships.
  • Secure partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Ensure app's visibility and promotion across partner locations.
  • Plan and execute antenatal class sessions, community outreach, and religious group activations.
  • Ensure consistent availability and deployment of flyers, posters, and QR codes across all partner locations.
  • Assist with influencer coordination where needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or field sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts.
  • Experience working with healthcare institutions or community organizations is a strong advantage.
  • Passion for maternal health or purpose-driven work is a plus.
