Job Description

We are seeking a highly autonomous and execution-focused Full Stack AI Developer to join our innovative team. This role is critical for building and launching impactful digital products from inception to their first paying customer.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of software products, prioritizing speed and functional reliability. This position requires a strong understanding of full-stack systems and the ability to leverage AI tools to significantly accelerate development cycles and enhance product quality.

As a technical leader, you will guide architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and act as a key advisor on product engineering. Your focus will be on aligning technical execution with business priorities, ensuring that launched features directly contribute to user acquisition and monetization.

This is a fully remote position with mandatory daily check-ins, demanding high ownership and accountability. We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit ready to work in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments and drive rapid iteration based on user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack software products end-to-end.
Take ownership of product development from idea to first paying customer.
Prioritize speed of execution and functional reliability over perfection.
Develop simple but scalable architectures for early-stage products.
Lead bi-weekly technical meetings.
Review system architecture, code structure, and design trade-offs.
Act as a technical advisor to the Founder on product engineering decisions.
Challenge implementation approaches and propose better technical alternatives.
Identify, test, and deploy AI tools to improve development speed and quality.
Continuously experiment with new AI-assisted development workflows.
Improve team productivity through automation and AI integration.
Align technical decisions with business priorities and revenue goals.
Focus on building features that directly contribute to user acquisition and monetization.
Maintain a strong bias toward launching and iterating quickly based on user feedback.

Qualifications

Experience as a technical founder or early-stage engineer in a high-growth startup.
Strong bias for execution and shipping products quickly.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.
Strong understanding of full-stack systems and product architecture.
Ability to balance technical decisions with business impact.
Confident challenging assumptions and improving system design.
Fully remote with mandatory daily check-ins.
High ownership and accountability for outcomes.
Strong focus on speed, iteration, and execution.
Willingness to work outside traditional 9–5 structures, including weekends where necessary.
