Key Responsibilities

Deconstruct and automate complex real-world workflows (sales ops, marketing ops, product ops, fulfillment, support).
Build agentic systems, automations, internal tools, data pipelines, and reporting/attribution systems.
Develop and rebuild complex products rapidly, making strategic build-vs-buy-vs-reuse decisions.
Manage essential infrastructure like integrations, data models, and tracking systems.
Analyze and resolve commercial issues, identifying and fixing root causes of performance gaps.
Continuously improve and maintain systems, ensuring ongoing functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Obsessive attention to detail and a drive to deeply understand complex systems.
Proven ability to ship functional systems rapidly and efficiently.
Expertise in building AI systems at the core level, including agents, memory, tools, orchestration, and failure modes.
Ability to reason about both technical challenges and business/user needs.
