Job Description
We are urgently recruiting Battery Swap Agents to manage our battery exchange stations across various locations in Lagos. This role is essential for ensuring our electric bike riders have continuous access to power, supporting the seamless operation of our fleet.
As a Battery Swap Agent, your primary responsibilities will include managing the station, overseeing the charging of batteries, and facilitating the replacement of depleted batteries for our riders. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring a positive experience for our users.

- Manage battery swap station operations.
- Charge batteries efficiently and effectively.
- Replace depleted batteries for riders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to riders.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including night shifts where applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Experience with an electric motorcycle company is an advantage.
- Ability to work normal and night shifts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits & Perks
- Normal shift salary: ₦100,000 per month.
- Night shift salary: ₦70,000 per month (one-day-on, one-day-off).
