Job Description
We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily management of our short-let apartment units. This is an execution-focused role, requiring an individual who can diligently follow established systems, uphold our high standards, and professionally represent our brand to both guests and partners.
This is a structured, full-time position offering stability, growth, and long-term responsibility, rather than a freelance or commission-based opportunity. You will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the pristine condition of our properties.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all apartment units are guest-ready at all times, meeting brand standards
- Supervise cleaning, laundry services, and basic maintenance activities for all units
- Conduct thorough inspections of units before and after each guest stay
- Promptly report any damages, shortages, or maintenance issues to management
- Coordinate effectively with cleaners, laundry services, and technicians as required
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach
- Ensure all guests comply with established house rules and property policies
- Maintain high guest satisfaction levels and strive for excellent online reviews
- Respond to WhatsApp and social media inquiries promptly and courteously
- Adhere strictly to approved pricing and booking guidelines
- Update booking status and maintain basic records accurately
- Escalate any complex issues or requests that require management approval
- Assist with partnership outreach to travel agencies, ride-hailing drivers, and local referral sources
- Maintain cordial and professional relationships with estate security and gate personnel
- Post approved marketing content on social media platforms
- Assist in running boosted advertisements using company-approved budgets
- Maintain high response time standards on all digital communication platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of SSCE or OND
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency with basic smartphone functions and WhatsApp Business
- Basic social media literacy, particularly with Instagram and WhatsApp
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Possess qualities of honesty, discipline, and dependability
- Higher qualifications are an advantage, but practical experience and capacity to deliver are highly valued
