• Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on operational roles.
• In-depth knowledge of oil and gas industry operations and safety procedures.
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and evaluate performance effectively.
