Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive company-wide L&D strategy aligned with client demands and growth objectives.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and define competency frameworks for all roles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.
  • Design and deploy a rapid onboarding process for in-house staff and freelancers, aiming for a 72-hour ramp-up time.
  • Create high-impact training modules covering technical AI annotation, data security, and ethical standards.
  • Oversee daily operations of the training team, ensuring timely and in-scope delivery of initiatives.
  • Utilize training to enhance delivery quality, reduce client complaints, and minimize rework.
  • Collaborate with CTO, COO, and Engineering teams to keep training materials current with technological advancements.
  • Establish a feedback system for real-time iteration of learning content.

Qualifications

  • 4-8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a high-growth tech or B2B services environment.
  • Proven track record in building scalable training functions from the ground up.
  • Expertise in Skill Mapping and creating competency frameworks for diverse, global teams.
  • Familiarity with AI/Data concepts or the ability to quickly master technical domains.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on L&D KPIs (ROI, Quality Scores, Completion rates).
