Job Description

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of training activities, from conceptualization to execution and evaluation, ensuring our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update training modules and training plans.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and budgets.
- Maintain training records and generate reports.
- Support recruitment processes including screening and test coordination.
- Conduct training assessments and post-training follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing internal and external staff training.
Qualifications
- University degree in any field (HR or Economics is an advantage).
- Good organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Teaching or coaching experience is an added advantage.
- Learning & Development experience in a Bank is a plus.
