Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and domestic support to our Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO).

This role is crucial for ensuring the GCEO's daily tasks are managed efficiently, allowing them to focus on strategic objectives. You will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations within the executive office and supporting departmental goals.

Key responsibilities include managing the GCEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing expense reports, drafting correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, and acting as a gatekeeper for communications. You will also be responsible for managing office supplies, ensuring the office environment is well-maintained, and coordinating executive meetings, including minute-taking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the GCEO with administrative and domestic tasks.
  • Maintain records, compile data for reports, and perform general administrative duties.
  • Schedule executive appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare expense reports and executive presentations.
  • Manage the GCEO's workload, acting as a gatekeeper and following up on contacts.
  • Prepare for the GCEO's internal and external meetings.
  • Manage the GCEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the To-Do List.
  • Manage the supply of stationery and refreshments, and ensure office cleanliness.
  • Coordinate complex executive meetings, including venue booking, agendas, and minutes.
  • Perform confidential secretarial functions and draft memos and letters.
  • Manage the GCEO's local and international travel arrangements.
  • Interface between the GCEO and vendors for domestic needs.
  • Manage the GCEO's visitors.

Qualifications

  • A young female graduate of Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Lekki axis (Island) at own cost.
