Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Ikeja, Lagos.
In this full-time, on-site role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire procurement lifecycle within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Your responsibilities will include sourcing high-quality suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services essential for our operations.
You will collaborate closely with internal departments to understand their needs and maintain accurate procurement records, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and cost management strategies.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities
- Source suppliers, evaluate quotes, and support vendor selection
- Raise and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, timelines, and service levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project needs
- Maintain procurement records and monitor KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain (construction/engineering preferred)
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and cost control
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
