Tekniteedng is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Procurement Officer to join our team in Ikeja. This role is integral to our procurement operations, focusing on sourcing, vendor management, and ensuring the timely delivery of essential materials, spares, and equipment.

You will play a key part in supporting the procurement function by processing requisitions, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records, contributing to efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers

  • Liaise with internal departments on purchasing needs

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc. in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 1–3 years relevant experience in procurement or supply chain role
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
