Job Description
Hello Products is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at our Oregun, Lagos facility. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of all production operations.
You will be instrumental in meeting and exceeding volume targets while adhering to strict quality standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance programs to ensure equipment availability, implementing robust Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OH&SE) protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This position also involves managing team and individual performance through regular reviews and development planning. You will prepare essential reports, including daily production figures, forecasts, and plant compliance, to analyze monthly variances and confirm the production plan. Ensuring the shop floor adheres to global best practices in GMP, GHK, and continuous improvement is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations to meet volume targets by due dates and fulfill quality standards.
- Ensure maintenance programs are carried out promptly and the continuous availability of equipment/machines.
- Ensure implementation of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OH&SE) standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, communication, and employee relations on the production floor.
- Prepare reports (daily productions, forecast, and plant compliance) to account for monthly variances and confirm the monthly production plan.
- Manage team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives, and ensuring development needs are identified and actioned.
- Ensure the shop floor complies with global best practices in terms of GMP, GHK, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Engineering or Industrial Chemistry.
- 3–5 years of experience in soap, cosmetics, or personal/home care manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Strong planning skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Preferably female for gender balance.
