Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Agent to join the team at Embassy Suites Hotel. In this crucial role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and efficiently manage check-in procedures to create a positive first impression.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Accurately and efficiently process guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs, including payment collection and identification verification.
  • Manage all communication channels, including phone calls and emails, to provide information, handle reservations, and assist with inquiries.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area, fostering a welcoming and professional ambiance.
  • Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure rooms are prepared for arrivals.
  • Maintain precise records of guest information, room status, and transactions using hotel management software systems.
  • Proactively upsell hotel amenities, services, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Support front office operations by assisting with administrative tasks such as report preparation, payment processing, and guest correspondence.
  • Stay thoroughly informed on all hotel policies, procedures, and amenities to provide accurate information and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant front office role.
  • 2 years of experience in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region is a plus.
