Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and efficiently manage check-in procedures to create a positive first impression.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Accurately and efficiently process guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs, including payment collection and identification verification.
- Manage all communication channels, including phone calls and emails, to provide information, handle reservations, and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area, fostering a welcoming and professional ambiance.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure rooms are prepared for arrivals.
- Maintain precise records of guest information, room status, and transactions using hotel management software systems.
- Proactively upsell hotel amenities, services, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Support front office operations by assisting with administrative tasks such as report preparation, payment processing, and guest correspondence.
- Stay thoroughly informed on all hotel policies, procedures, and amenities to provide accurate information and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant front office role.
- 2 years of experience in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region is a plus.
