Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's property management system.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required to support hotel operations.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS); experience with Opera PMS is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
