Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's property management system.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required to support hotel operations.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS); experience with Opera PMS is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
